Delivery Terms
Delivery Within Estonia
We handle the delivery of greenhouses, polycarbonate sheets, and vertical farms with our own transport. Accessories are delivered using local Estonian courier services.
Once payment for your order is confirmed, we will contact you to agree on the delivery date and time.
How Delivery Works
- Deliveries are made on business days between 9:00 and 21:00.
- Date and time are coordinated individually with each customer.
- Depending on your location and order volume, delivery takes 5–12 business days after payment.
- If your order includes installation, delivery will be scheduled according to our installation team's calendar.
Checking Your Order Upon Delivery
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt, comparing them with the delivery note.
Make sure that you received all ordered items in the correct quantity and in good condition.
Once the items are handed over, responsibility for their safety is transferred to the buyer.
If Damage Occurs During Transport
If you notice damage to the packaging or items:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it.
- Notify us within 3 days by phone or email.
- After opening, check the contents and photograph any damaged parts
We will send replacement parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
If Parts Are Missing
If you discover that any components are missing from your order, please notify us promptly.
We will ship the missing items free of charge.
International Delivery
To serve customers outside Estonia, we collaborate with distribution partners.
Goods are delivered directly to the partner’s location.
If we do not yet have a representative in your country and you wish to purchase an Ecoslider, Arbovista greenhouse, or a Premifarm vertical farm, we can arrange international delivery through a reliable shipping company.
Terms and costs will be discussed individually with your account manager.
