Warranty Conditions
Please be sure to keep the invoice confirming the purchase of the greenhouse — the warranty is valid only with this document.
All greenhouses manufactured by Heikkinen OÜ come with the following warranty:
→ 15 years – for tempered glass, provided that installation and operation instructions are followed.
→ 10 years – for polycarbonate. The polycarbonate manufacturer’s warranty covers the preservation of mechanical, optical, and thermal insulation properties, provided the installation and operation are followed. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or improper maintenance.
→ 10 years – for the zinc coating of metal trusses against through corrosion.
→ 2 years – for moving elements such as doors, SmartVentor shutters, window automation systems, locks, magnets, etc.
→ 2 years – for all other elements of the greenhouse.
NB! The warranty does not cover the following cases:
→ The greenhouse was not installed according to the instructions.
→ The greenhouse is not securely anchored to the ground.
→ The structure has been altered or moved without authorization.
→ Damage was caused by improper use or incorrect installation.
→ Extreme weather conditions, such as storm winds exceeding 21 m/s (from 9 on the Beaufort scale).
→ Damage caused by dynamic loads, such as a tree falling on the greenhouse or a large amount of snow sliding off a roof.
