Return Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged in certain cases, particularly if they do not meet the declared quality or were damaged during transport. Below are the main conditions under which returns are accepted.

We provide several options in case of damaged part

If you receive an item with a factory defect or damage that occurred during shipping:

We reserve the right to conduct an inspection before making a final decision on return or replacement.

If you decide to return the product for reasons not related to quality, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Email us at info@ecoslider.com with a description of the issue and photos.
  2. Receive a confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  3. Deliver the product to our warehouse at:
    Piloodi tee 4, Soodevahe küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa, 75322, Estonia
  4. When returning the product, it is necessary to provide the original invoice and a valid personal  ID.

Please note:

Custom orders (e.g. greenhouses of non-standard size, color, or glazing) cannot be returned, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
