Ecoslider structure

Let’s talk about the reliability of our greenhouse’s steel structure. Built on a robust metal frame, it ensures stability and preserves the greenhouse’s geometry for years to come. The true innovation lies in our patented trusses with interconnected profiles that form the main frame. These trusses provide exceptional strength, allowing the greenhouse to withstand extreme weather conditions.

Ecoslider greenhouses are designed to endure heavy snowfall without the need for roof clearing in winter. You also won’t need to worry about storm winds, as the greenhouse ends are reinforced with a patented G-shaped profile that significantly enhances durability. Since the ends are often the first to bear the impact of storms, this added protection greatly reduces the risk of damage or total destruction.

Glazing

Transparent cellular polycarbonate is an excellent choice for greenhouse covering. All Ecoslider greenhouses come with a standard 6mm thickness polycarbonate. If you’re looking to extend the growing season or live in a region with a short spring and early winter, you can opt for thicker glazing of 8mm or 10mm.

The polycarbonate edges are protected by a U-profile and a special membrane tape, preventing contamination, mold growth, and insect intrusion within the polycarbonate cells.

Ventilation

The basic Ecoslider House 3.5m greenhouse model offers three effective ventilation options:

• Two pass-through doors that can remain open on hot days.
• Each door includes a manually operable window.
• Smartventor vents above the doors, available with manual or automatic control options.

For larger greenhouses, we recommend adding roof vents, ideally spaced every 2 meters for optimal air circulation. If you prefer a hands-free approach, consider the automatic vents available in our online designer. These vents feature the Univent mechanism, which responds to temperature changes and automatically opens and closes the windows without requiring electricity.

Assembly

The House gable roof model, unlike the House Lux model, is pre-assembled at the factory, with all segments delivered ready for connection. This means you, or our team, simply need to connect the large elements on-site to complete the structure.
