The project "Cyber Audit Heikkinen OÜ (DEP.1.01.24-0079)" is supported by the European Cyber Competence Center together with its members. The creation of a roadmap for restoring Heikkinen's cybersecurity aims to assess the state of information security of the company's information systems based on the applied technical, physical, and organizational security measures and, in case of errors, to make suggestions for corrections. The corresponding roadmap was prepared with a grant of 5000 euros.

Heikkinen OÜ is implementing the project "Heikkinen OÜ Digital Revolution" with the support of EIS.

The aim of the project is to ensure continued growth in sales revenue through the digitalization of processes, reduction of product cost, and improved efficiency in order fulfillment. These developments will create the foundation for strengthening the company’s market position and expanding its customer base.

The implementation of the project is intended to:
a) Increase the company’s technological capability;
b) Ensure productivity growth by minimizing manual labor and reducing internal transportation in production;
c) Enhance the company’s sustainability and international competitiveness by expanding the product range and decreasing losses in the supply chain;
d) Increase added value by boosting company profit, labor cost, and the effective use of fixed assets;
e) Strengthen cybersecurity to support this new level of development.
