We produce the greenhouses and their components in our main production and warehouse facilities based in Estonia. Orders from outside Estonia are shipped by express delivery or postal services.
We ask you to check the product at the time of delivery. Make sure that you received the ordered goods in needed quantity and of appropriate quality. In "Transportation damage" section, you can find detailed instructions in case of damage of goods or package upon the transportation.
If the greenhouse was damaged during the transportation, you shall immediately inform us via e-mail or by phone.
We highly recommend to make photos of the damaged parts in the presence of the driver and make an appropriate mark in the accompanied documentation. Further, the package shall be opened, the items shall be sorted.
NB!The damaged package does not always mean the damage of the content.
All damaged items must be registered. Please send us a corresponding notice with photos via email.
