Standart greenhouses withstand snow loads up to 200 kg/m2; have a pitch of 66 cm between the trusses, 4 mm thick polycarbonate cover, metal foundation and AntiDust protective tape.
Premium is a greenhouse with a snow load of 320 kg/m2, a pitch of 66 cm between the beams, 6 mm polycarbonate cover, metal foundation, AntiDust tape and U-profiles protecting the polycarbonate.
Exclusive greenhouses have a snow load of 450 kg/m2, a pitch of 66 cm between the trusses, 8 mm thick polycarbonate cover, metal foundation, AntiDust tape and U-profiles protecting the polycarbonate.
Pro greenhouses have a snow load of 650 kg/m2, a pitch of 66 cm between the trusses, 10 mm thick polycarbonate cover, additional reinforcements, metal thermo-insulated foundation, AntiDust tape and U-profiles protecting the polycarbonate.
To build more solid and warm greenhouse, you can order an increased polycarbonate thickness at the ends. When choosing thicker polycarbonate, the durability and greenhouse thermal insulation significantly increase.
To protect the polycarbonate, you can choose AntiDust tape (that prevents penetration of insects to the polycarbonate structure and growth of fungi, mould and other organisms in the polycarbonate cells. Also, we offer a transparent U-profile for additional protection of polycarbonate with a tape and its lifetime extension. The use of complex protection (AntiDust tape and U-profile) is not an expensive, but trusted method that had proved to be effective.
For the efficient greenhouse ventilation, experts recommend using one air vent every 2 meters of greenhouse length. Automatic vents are operated by the Bayliss thermal-hydraulic mechanism made in England, which opens by itself the vent in the roof when the temperature inside the greenhouse rises above 18 °C. In turn, when the air temperature drops below 18 °C the Bayliss automatic mechanism closes the vent. Bayliss is a fully self-contained unit and it doesn’t require electricity supply. The presence of automatic ventilation solutions in a greenhouse excludes the possibility of flower sterilization caused by high temperatures and provides comfort conditions for the plants growth and fruiting.
This type of vents is designed for greenhouse ventilation, but the human presence is required to open and close them. Such mechanism has five 5 regulating positions of the vent opening.
To ensure the stable attachment of a greenhouse to the ground, terrace area or any other landing, it is recommended to use metallic foundation frame that is completed with special angles and stubs for the rigid fixing. You can choose between two options: simple metallic foundation frame and frame equipped with the inner insulator increasing the overall greenhouse thermal insulation up to 20%.

Galvanised metal foundation frame is intended for mounting directly on the ground, grass plot, paving stones, wooden terrace or any other flat surface.
Galvanised metal foundation with thermal insulation filler is also designed for mounting directly on the ground, grass plot, paving stones, wooden terrace or any other flat surface. Thermal insulation filler embed in the foundation frame allows increasing the greenhouse thermal insulating properties up to 20%.
Standard fastenings to the ground are provided with the foundation frame.
The use of foundation piles is suitable for the areas where strong winds prevail, such as coastal regions, uplands and so on. It provides more rigid fixing of a greenhouse.
Concrete piers are intended for the areas where strong winds prevail. Concrete piers are mostly used for the large-sized greenhouses – from 14 metres in length and from 4 metres in width. You can order concrete piers only together with the greenhouse mounting by the Heikkinen experts.

When choosing “two side beds” configuration, you get the possibility to install two beds, which are mounted parallel to each other along the entire length of a greenhouse and fastened by reinforcements with the longitudinal parts of foundation.
When choosing “two side beds and one cross bed” configuration, you get the possibility to install two beds, which are mounted parallel to each other along the entire length of a greenhouse and fastened by reinforcements with the longitudinal parts of foundation and one cross bed, which is mounted between two parallel beds at the very end of a passage, thus blocking one of the doors.
When choosing “two side beds and one central bed” configuration, you get the possibility to install two beds and one central bed, which is separately mounted between two parallel beds as an “island”.
When choosing “two side beds, one central bed and one cross bed” configuration, you get the possibility to install three beds, which are mounted parallel to each other along the entire length of a greenhouse and connected to each other by additional cross bed on one side.
Automatic irrigation controller is a device that allows to fully automate the greenhouse irrigation process.
Our company offers two types of automatic irrigation controllers: Hunter is a professional, but at the same time simple irrigation controller designed for greenhouses of all sizes (requires connection to 220V power supply and set of hoses and fittings); Irrigatia is a simple fully automated irrigation controller suitable for greenhouses sized up to 3Х5 (doesn’t require connection to power supply; solar battery, set of hoses and fittings are provided).
Hunter automatic irrigation controller regulates each irrigation zone by opening and closing electromagnetic valve. It is possible to settle a personalized irrigation schedule for each irrigation zone. For example, cucumbers will be watered on one schedule, tomatoes on a second and herbs on a third. For that it is necessary to install a separate valve to each irrigation zone. Each bed is often taken as each irrigation zone.
Set of hoses and fittings is required for connecting the irrigation controller to the valves and drip ends, which are mounted directly under the plant root. The Hunter (USA) branded items are used in the set that are characterized by excellent quality and reliability. The set will be adapted to bed configuration and planning you choose. As an alternative to a controller, it is possible to connect a water valve to the mounted set of hoses and fittings. When this water valve is switched on, all plants are simultaneously watered.
Electro&Water Module is a convenient solution for connection to electrical devices and quick hose connector. It is designed to be used inside the greenhouses. To make this module fully-functioning it is necessary to plug in the electric cable from outside and supply water.
By default, “left” door is delivered with a greenhouse (if you stand outside the greenhouse and look at its door, the door-handle is on the left and the door opens toward you). If you need that the door opens to the other side, you can choose “right” door.
Internal bulkhead should be installed inside the greenhouse to divide it into different zones. The bulkhead is supplied complete with a door.
You can choose the colour of greenhouse frame according to your preferences. Only metal elements of the frame could be painted.
